Typically Nofollow links cannot hurt your site, so upfront a very quickly answer on that point, cuts said if you leaving comments on every blog in the world right even the those links may be nofollow. If you are doing so much people know you or spamming at a huge scale, Cutts also said Google take manual action on your links being nofollowed.

For Example – When any article update on any website is visited by several users which leave several comments, they think website traffic has increased by doing keyword in hyperlinked but nothing happened like this.
